The present 43 employees reflect the demographic requirement of the South African government. The current demographics reflects 30% PDI. The skills requirements will not be marginalised in any way, but rather, training takes place to enhance the skills.
Procurement The Company enjoys a BEE standing and wherever possible, procures through our BEE Companies.
Support Of BBEEE Enterprises Morolo has given all its work requiring engineering to a local SMME. Smartronics CC works has produced metal housings for items required by Morolo for different projects.
Community Assistance Morolo installed computers at 3 schools in KwaZulu Natal in 2010. This project was done with Total SA. They have donated the computers and software whilst Morolo donated the cabling, software installations and commissioning.
